Sales Specialist(Real Estate/Property) - 12 Months Contract - Up to SGD5k + comm

Morgan McKinley is seeking a Sales Specialist for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead generation for properties on food locker deployment
• Negotiation with properties to secure agreements
• Review of legal contracts with properties, working closely with company's legal team
• Successful signing of properties and coordination of deployment with company's operations team and vendors
• Manage relationships with property owners and managers to ensure successful deployment and maintenance of Lockers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in the related field.
• At Least 1-2 years Sales background with experience in dealing with property managers and property owners (desired but not required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to negotiate and close deals
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets
