You will join a dynamic commercial team in Singapore reporting to the Business Unit Manager. These roles are vital to the company's mission of driving market share and clinical excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Operations, and Clinical Support to provide total solutions to healthcare professionals and institutions.
About the Job
In this role, you will drive sales and market penetration for the Ortho division across specialized portfolios, including Robotics, Specialised and General, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care. You are responsible for executing plans to meet sales targets and managing the overall customer journey by building relationships with KOLs and HCPs. A core component of this position is providing essential clinical excellence through on-site support in the operating theatre, where you will assist surgical teams with product functionality and techniques. Additionally, you will lead educational programmes through workshops and demonstrations to enhance product knowledge, while maintaining administrative diligence by tracking sales activities and surgical cases.
Skills and Experience Required
Education: Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of successful sales experience in medical devices, Ortho or Surgical experience is highly preferred.
Comfortable providing clinical support in an operating theatre environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical procedures.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Resilience: Ability to work under pressure, manage time-sensitive deliverables, and provide on-call support if required.
