Join the dynamic sales team at a Medtech distributor (orthopaedics) as a full-time Sales Executive based in the Central Region. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative healthcare solutions to a diverse client base. Your excellent communication skills and consultative approach will be key to success in this position.
Role
- Identify and qualify new sales leads through prospecting and networking
- Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations with potential clients
- Understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products and services
- Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competition
Experience
- Prior sales experience, minimum 2-3 years in a sales role, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools
- Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
