About Us

We are a leading optical technology company headquartered in Singapore (www.sot.com.sg), specializing in high-quality optical products and technical solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for Sales Managers / Specialists (Full-Time or Part-Time) to expand our market presence, build client relationships, and support digital marketing efforts.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach.
  • Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Customer & Supplier Coordination

  • Act as the key liaison between customers and suppliers for smooth communication.
  • Assist in supply chain coordination, including order management and logistics.
  • Modify technical drawings if required to facilitate smooth transactions.

Digital Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Manage and update the company's website, blog, and social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness.
  • Create engaging digital content to improve market visibility.

Client Engagement & Support

  • Provide a professional and seamless experience for visiting clients.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • ad hoc tasks when necessary

Who We're Looking For

Education Background:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Sales, Engineering, or a related field.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and digital tools.
  • Basic English and Chinese (Mandarin) writing & speaking skills are mandatory.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Experience in e-commerce or online sales.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing & digital branding.
  • Knowledge of optical technology or precision engineering products.
