**1-YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT**

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate sales-qualified leads (SQLs) to drive iZenos Freshworks business.
  • Follow up promptly on marketing leads and inbound inquiries, setting up introductory meetings and conducting thorough discovery sessions.
  • Research and develop new and existing accounts through outbound calls, strategic email campaigns, and social outreach.
  • Analyze prospects business needs and engage them via phone, email, digital platforms and face-to-face meetings.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers, internal sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Marketing on both digital and physical initiatives to strengthen lead generation.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with prospects (response SLA within 24 hours).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and detailed records of all prospect interactions and activities.

Requirements

  • A strong passion for technology and software sales with at least 3 years of experience, ideally with exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions.
  • Experience in prospecting and/or selling ITSM or related SaaS tools is preferred.
  • Excellent listening, discovery, and relationship-building skills with both clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to manage time, prioritize effectively, and work with urgency to meet goals.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented, and motivated by achieving lead-generation targets.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
