We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team and drive business growth. In this B2B role, you will be responsible for sourcing new leads, engaging prospects, and selling our cutting-edge AI, trading, and blockchain solutions to enterprise clients. This position blends technical understanding with strategic relationship-buildingideal for individuals passionate about technology and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Snaps core offerings such as Trading Solutions (Algo systems, order management, market connectivity), Brokerage/ CRM platform and Blockchain & AI-driven fintech solutions
- Generate and qualify leads via outreach (Cold calls, digital campaigns, networking).
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships within the Fintech, blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors to enhance our market presence and facilitate adoption.
- Lead high-level engagements and build relationships with prospective clients, tailoring solutions to address complex business needs and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our bespoke solutions across the Fintech, blockchain, AI, and crypto sectors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales initiatives with client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation, closing deals and managing client onboarding.
- Maintain robust pipeline forecasting and report on sales activities & KPIs.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to understand client needs and drive implementation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years&apos experience in B2B sales or business development (Preferably in fintech, IT Solutions, or blockchain industries).
- Strong understanding of AI and blockchain technologies and their applications in business.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Passion for fintech innovation, AI, and blockchain technologies.
