Golden Grain Trading (S) Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based food supply chain and international trading company specializing in rice and food ingredients. Leveraging strong sourcing capabilities from China and overseas, we provide stable and high-quality food supply solutions to both Singapore and international markets. Our customers include supermarkets, restaurants, and various F&B channels.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers (F&B, restaurants, supermarkets, etc.)
-Follow up on order execution and coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements
-Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
-Handle customer enquiries, after-sales issues, and related matters
-Develop new local customers, focusing on supermarkets, restaurants, and F&B channels
-Assist in quotation preparation, order processing, invoicing, and sales support
-Conduct regular client visits to expand business opportunities
-Travel overseas when required (China and other countries)
Requirements
-Singaporean or PR preferred
-Male, below 35 years old
-Possess a valid Singapore driving license and able to travel for client visits independently
-Fluent in both English and Chinese (working languages)
- No strict academic requirement Diploma or above preferred, relevant experience is more important
Preferred Experience
-Experience in food, rice, or FMCG sales
-Experience with supermarket channels (e.g. FairPrice, Sheng Siong)
-Existing client base in F&B or restaurant sectors
-E-commerce platform experience (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is a plus
-Background in trading or supply chain is advantageous
