Your Role
As a Sales Junior, you will support our growing sales efforts by helping onboard and nurture new merchants across Singapore. Youll be a key member of the commercial team, facilitating smooth and successful merchant experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in lead generation, outreach campaigns, and initial merchant engagement.
- Help prepare sales presentations, product demos, and supporting materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding (e.g., merchant dashboard).
- Track merchant interactions, follow-up actions, and support pipeline management.
- Maintain excellent communication to elevate merchant satisfaction and retention.
