- a.Develop and manage distributors, retailers, and key accounts to drive sales growt
- h.Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationship
- s.Conduct product presentations and support promotional activitie
- s.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target
- s.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide market insight
- s.Negotiate commercial terms with customers and distributor
- s.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfactio

r.Requiremen
- tsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferre
- d.Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Home Appliances (HA) industr
- y.Proven experience managing distributors and retail channels in Singapor
- e.Strong understanding of the local home appliance marke
- t.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skill
- s.Results-driven and willing to travel within Singapore and Malaysi
