Job Description

The local entity in [Singapore] operates as a sales and trading company responsible for marketing, distribution and channel development.

2. Hiring Background

To accelerate channel expansion in [Singapore], we are seeking an Sales Specialist (RAC) to develop local distributors and drive sales growth.

3. Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Responsible for air conditioning sales in Singapore and surrounding cities.
  • Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our HVAC products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide valuable insights and feedback to the company.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and to handle any issues or concerns that may arise.

Qualifications

  • Singapore citizen or PR; Fluent in Chinese and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong pre-existing relationships with customers in the HVAC industry.
  • Experience in establishing and managing distributor relationships, ensuring effective collaboration and maximizing sales opportunities.
  • In-depth product knowledge of residential unitary and multi-split air conditioning systems.
  • Extensive sales experience in Singapore, with a comprehensive understanding of the local market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
