Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore(also responsible for a portion of sales tasks in Malaysia, requiring business travel.) The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales, excellent

communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. The

HVAC Sales Coordinatorwill be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales

presentations, closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships.

Job Description:

Responsible for sales operations in Singapore, as well as certain sales operations in Johor, Malaysia.

Generate Leads: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking,

and referrals.

Sales Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective

customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our HVAC products and services.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and

existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the

company.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market

conditions to provide valuable insights and feedback to the company.

Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring mutually

beneficial agreements.

Follow-Up: Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and to handle any

issues or concerns that may arise.

Ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC sales, with strong pre-existing relationships

with customers in the HVAC industry.

Experience in establishing and managing distributor relationships, ensuring effective

collaboration and maximizing sales opportunities.

In-depth product knowledge of residential unitary and multi-split air conditioning

systems.

Extensive sales experience in Singapore, with a comprehensive understanding of the local

market dynamics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain

strong customer relationships.

Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
