Sales Specialist

• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
• Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

• Ability to build strong relationship with customers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Service Sales, with ability to demonstrate your experience in driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of CRM software, such as Salesforce or other tool, leveraging data analytics tools to drive sales growth.
• Strong attention to details, innovative and a problem-solver.
• Strong team player with real focus in driving sales and profitability
• Bachelor Degree, Engineering is preferred (Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Instrumentation or Control System).
• Good communications skills.

The offering for the pulp and paper industries includes control systems, quality control systems, drive systems, on-line sensors, actuators and field instruments. Digitalization solutions, including collaborative operations and augmented reality, help improve plant and enterprise productivity, and reduce maintenance and energy costs.
