Your day-to-day responsibilities will include consulting with our clients/prospects to uncover and identify functionality gaps that FIS can help a firm overcome.
Build customer relationships by providing both domain and solution expertise.
Support our internal stakeholders and partners with industry insights, account profiling, and go-to-market ideas that monetize your solution.
You will always have something different to do! This includes, but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, solutions demonstrations, presentations, account profiling with our Sales partners to help them generate pipeline opportunities, go-to-market material generation (including both written and video), trade show attendance, internal training of our Sales Teams.
Help build and maintain regional and global solution engineering processes, supporting documentation and collaterals via the relevant Centre of Excellence.
Interface with the Professional Services, Client eXperience (Support) and Development organizations.
What you will need
Relevant professional experience with a Software Vendor or consultancy firm
In-depth corebanking knowledge
Ability to present complex ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on presenting and selling
