About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Singapore office. The role will focus on driving sales growth, managing customer accounts, and supporting marketing initiatives for our advanced medical device portfolio including Singapore and Southeast Asia region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the medical device industry and a strong ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities to achieve assigned targets and expand market presence in Singapore.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key healthcare stakeholders.
- Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and timely support.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical discussions with medical professionals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and support exhibitions, conferences, and product launches.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to provide insights for business development.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in the companys CRM system.
Requirements for Success
- Bachelors degree in business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry in Singapore.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare professionals at all levels.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing customer accounts.
- Familiarity with Singapore healthcare market, hospital procurement processes, and regulatory landscape is preferred.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer and technical challenges.
- Hands-on, can-do attitude with readiness to support clinical procedures, training, and real-time troubleshooting as required.
- Willingness and ability to travel within Southeast Asia for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) is an advantage.
