Job description
1. Given an assigned territory to promote and sell advanced medical aesthetic technologies and products to medical aesthetic clinics and specialists such as plastic surgeons and dermatologists to meet and exceed sales targets
2. Helping clinics to integrate our products to grow their patient base.
3. Identify and build new accounts to drive sales growth
4. Team lead for key portfolios to grow the market with good sense of market intelligence
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships
6. Arrange product demonstrations and training support within clinical settings to ensure effective use of equipment and education support
7. Support marketing activities such as in-clinic events, workshops, trade conferences and product launches
8. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to support clients in achieving optimal treatment outcomes
Requirements
1. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment
2. Discipline in making routine sales calls and follow ups
3. Experience in medical sales and sales management with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and maintain client relationships.
5. Experience in medical devices, aesthetic devices, or pharmaceuticals sales is preferred
6. Relevant qualifications in business, healthcare, or related fields
