Job Description:

  • Client management and sales - client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements.
  • Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations.
  • Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations.
  • Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments.
  • Events planning and coordination - Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
  • Assist in refining company's sales strategy and processes.
  • Leading sales pitches, proposals and meetings independently.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales (events sales will be preferred)
  • Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding Sales KPIs in previous roles
  • Meticulous and great attention to details
  • Highly organized with good time management skills
  • Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
  • Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and can solve problems independently
  • Work well with others as a good team player
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
