Job Description:
- Client management and sales - client prospecting to identify their needs and creating suitable proposals and quotations that meet their requirements.
- Client communication and relationship management - providing timely follow-up with clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings to handle objections and negotiations.
- Be accountable for increasing revenue and securing sales to achieve sales targets.
- Provide professional customer service, client support and recommendations.
- Proposal writing, quotation, invoicing and payments.
- Events planning and coordination - Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Assist in refining company's sales strategy and processes.
- Leading sales pitches, proposals and meetings independently.

Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales (events sales will be preferred)
- Strong track record of meeting and/or exceeding Sales KPIs in previous roles
- Meticulous and great attention to details
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and presentations
- Able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive and can solve problems independently
- Work well with others as a good team player
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
