We're looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Sales & Marketing Trainees.

Whether you're a fresh graduate, recently ORD-ed, changing career paths, or simply looking for a new challenge, you don't need prior sales or marketing experience. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to improve.

You'll receive hands-on training, 1-to-1 coaching and mentorship while developing real-world skills in sales, marketing, communication and leadership.

Your Responsibilities

As you progress through the training, you'll be involved in:

Representing and marketing campaigns for established local brands
Engaging customers through face-to-face marketing
Developing customer relationships and communication skills
Learning sales and customer acquisition techniques
Participating in team training, events and marketing activities
Supporting and mentoring newer team members as you progress
Taking on leadership responsibilities and contributing to team growth
