Job Description
Job Summary
Drive sales growth by promoting and selling medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. Build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and other customers to meet sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement teams, and healthcare institutions to support business growth
- Identify and generate new sales leads and business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers and provide detailed product information
- Assess customers needs and recommend appropriate medical devices or healthcare solutions to address those needs
- Follow up on quotations, sales enquiries, orders, and customer requests to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product positioning
- Attend industry meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and events to network and promote products as required
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and high-quality customer service delivery
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on customer accounts and sales activities to management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through customer interactions and sales activities
- Confidence in engaging healthcare professionals effectively to build trust and influence purchasing decisions
- Customer-oriented approach with proven relationship-building skills to foster long-term partnerships
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to travel to hospitals, clinics, and customer locations as part of sales duties
- Basic knowledge of medical devices or healthcare products advantageous but not mandatory
- Openness to learning and adapting in a dynamic sales environment
