Job Scope:
Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs
Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions
Assess clients financial situations and propose suitable loan structures
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement
Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experience
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets
Requirements:
Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in SME lending, business loans, or secured financing preferred
Candidates from banking, financial institutions, or relevant B2B sales backgrounds are welcome
Familiarity with caveat loans / property-backed lending will be an advantage
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to source leads and build own client network
