We're looking for a Tech Staff Augmentation Specialist to join our teams by connecting exceptional tech talent with exciting projects across multiple business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

. Identifying and engaging technology professionals across engineering, cloud, data, and emerging tech

. Building strong pipelines of contractors and consultants ready to deploy into projects quickly

. Partnering with hiring managers to understand project requirements and talent needs

. Managing the full lifecycle of staff augmentation - from sourcing to onboarding

. Maintaining strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders

. Moving fast without compromising quality (because projects don't wait)

Ideal candidates will have:

. Experience in tech recruitment or staff augmentation

. Understanding of roles such as software engineers, cloud engineers, DevOps, data engineers, and architects

. Strong sourcing capabilities (LinkedIn, networks, referrals, communities)

. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-moving environment

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

. A natural curiosity about technology and people
