Job Summary

Join Maison 21G at Changi Airport as a Sales Promoter, engaging international travelers to deliver personalized luxury fragrance experiences while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced duty-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage international travelers warmly and confidently to create a positive first impression
• Assess customers personality, mood, and lifestyle to identify their fragrance preferences
• Guide clients through bespoke perfume creations to deliver personalized scent experiences
• Transform duty-free purchases into meaningful luxury moments that reflect individual identity
• Cross-sell and upsell perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayons, and 100ml products to maximize sales
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a high-traffic airport retail setting
• Maintain high standards of counter presentation aligned with Maison 21G's luxury brand image
• Follow stock management, replenishment, and operational procedures in coordination with Shilla
• Stand for extended periods and adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality sectors
• Proven track record of selling, upselling, and achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse international clients
• Strong team spirit with a positive and proactive attitude
• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
• Physical ability to stand for long hours and flexibility to work rotating shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with willingness to train as a Scent Designer
• Confidence and articulation in engaging international clientele
• Emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced retail environments
