Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with fashion product enquiries.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers preferences, needs and budget.
- Promote products, campaigns and seasonal collections to maximise sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling and upselling techniques.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays according to brand guidelines.
- Handle POS transactions, payments and basic cashiering duties accurately.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and maintaining organised merchandise.
- Handle customer feedback and enquiries professionally.
- Support daily store opening, closing and general retail operations.
Job Requirements
- Previous retail, fashion or sales experience is an advantage training will be provided.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Passion for fashion and confidence in engaging with customers.
- Sales-driven, proactive and motivated to achieve targets.
- Willing to work 5 days per week, including weekends and public holidays when required.
