Primary Responsibilities:
- Salon Visits & Client Engagement:
- Visit hair salons regularly to identify potential clients and build strong relationships with salon owners and stylists.
- Approach and introduce professional hair care products to salon owners, explaining key benefits and differentiators.
- Product Demonstration & Promotion:
- Demonstrate product usage techniques, including application, benefits, and outcomes.
- Provide hands-on trials, samples, and product education to encourage adoption and sales.
- Sales Execution & Follow-Up:
- Secure sales orders and meet individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction, replenish stock, and introduce new products or promotions.
- Knowledge & Expertise Requirements:
- Possess basic to intermediate knowledge of hair care and hairdressing practices (e.g., hair types, treatments, coloring, styling techniques).
- Stay updated on product lines, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- Reporting & Feedback:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Report customer insights and suggestions to the sales and marketing team for product and strategy improvements.
