Sales Promoter

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers at retail stores, pharmacies, and promotional events to introduce and showcase health supplement products.
• Explain product features, ingredients, health benefits, and recommended usage to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Understand customers wellness needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
• Meet individual sales objectives by actively promoting products and monitoring sales performance.
• Maintain attractive product displays, ensure adequate stock levels, and uphold brand presentation standards.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, resolve concerns professionally, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Gather customer insights and communicate market feedback to the sales and marketing teams to support business improvement.
• Support marketing initiatives by participating in roadshows, promotional campaigns, product demonstrations, and new product launches.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks independently.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to business needs.
