We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to represent our products and services. The successful candidate will engage customers, provide accurate product information, and drive sales through effective promotion and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clear and accurate information about promoted products and services

• Assist customers in identifying products that best suit their needs

• Offer professional advice and guidance on product selection

• Arrange and maintain merchandise displays to ensure a tidy and attractive presentation

• Distribute product samples, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials

• Engage customers to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups, product recommendations, and event invitations

• Continuously update product knowledge to serve as a product expert

• Present products using interactive tools such as videos, charts, and presentations

• Set up and manage promotional booths or stands, ensuring adequate stock levels

• Submit daily sales reports accurately via the company sales application

Requirements / Skills / Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Promoter or in a similar role

• Proven track record of achieving successful sales promotions

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• Confidence in presentation and public speaking

• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail
