Role Description
The Sales & Projects Manager (General Projects) will lead Krislite's expansion across Singapore's commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial sectors. This role requires a strong client network, proven ability to win lighting projects across diverse industries, and the capability to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial projects.
- Secure Krislite's inclusion in consultant, architect, and contractor specifications.
- Build and expand Krislite's project client base through your proven network of active accounts.
- Lead tender submissions, negotiations, and contract closing across multiple sectors.
- Ensure successful execution of awarded projects, coordinating with project teams and contractors.
- Develop and sustain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to senior management.
- Contribute to Krislite's regional growth agenda by identifying overseas or cross-industry opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in lighting, construction, or related project sales.
- Background: From a lighting solutions provider, M&E subcontractor, or related project-based sales environment.
- Network: Proven network of active clients and accounts across commercial/industrial sectors.
- Knowledge: Tendering processes, contract negotiation, and project delivery.
- Skills: Strong business development and client acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Project management competence from award to handover.
- Attributes: Energetic, entrepreneurial, well-connected, relationship-driven, and execution-oriented.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or related field(s)
