Job Description

• Responsible for external customers correspondences and communication.
• Responsible for coordinating and gathering all customers projects requests.
• Coordinate with R&D team on project priorities and demand.
• Evaluate and maintain flavour library.
• Manage sampling and resampling requests.
• Maintain and update project quotations of flavours for customers.
• Manage receivables of benchmark, market products, bases.
• Arrange and pack samples for submissions.
• Manage project status, sample submissions, courier tracking # and feedback of projects.
• File and maintain records and reports.
• Supports sales on marketing presentation, if any.
• Supports R&D projects application.
• Supports Projects samplings.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 year of relevant experience.
• Microsoft Excel skill and knowledge in planning.
• GCE O Level/Diploma
