Sales Project Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy Sales Project Executive to bridge the gap between creative design and physical execution. You will be responsible for securing new projects from Interior Design Agencies and Direct Corporate Clients for our specialized services in high-end printing, custom wood fabrication, and integrated AV setups.

Key Responsibilities

- Agency Partnerships: Proactively reach out to Creative Directors and Project Managers at design firms to position our workshop as their preferred fabrication partner.

- Direct Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch to corporate clients (Retail, Office, F&B) looking for branding upgrades or new fit-outs.

- Visual Marketing: Utilize your eye for design to create compelling pitch decks and visual proposals that showcase our craftsmanship.

- AI-Enhanced Workflow: Use AI tools (like ChatGPT or Adobe Firefly) to generate mood boards, refine client briefs, and speed up the proposal process.

- Project Management: Oversee the transition from Sales to Production, ensuring our wood and AV teams understand the client's visual expectations.

- Site Visits: Use your own transport to meet clients across Singapore, conduct site measurements, and oversee installations.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3 years in Sales/BD within Interior Design, Fit-out, Events, or Signage industries.

- Transport: Must possess a valid Class 3 license and own a vehicle (Transport allowance provided).

- Visual Sense: Strong understanding of aesthetics, materials (wood/print textures), and how AV integrates into physical spaces.

- Tech-Forward: Proficient in AI tools to automate lead generation and visual storytelling.

- Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders (Designers, Contractors, and Clients) under tight deadlines.

- Communication: Excellent command of English (Mandarin is a plus for coordinating with our workshop team).
