Sales Program Executive (Bill of Materials)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing critical sales support to our sales professionals, ensuring smooth and efficient operations to drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, reports, and records which includes project plans, drawings, and specifications. (BOM) Bill of Materials

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, escalations, and order fulfillment issues

• Coordinate sales activities among the stakeholders

• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure production scheduling and timely delivery

• Assist in project planning and management for new project launches

• Experience in Box Build Assembly and System Integration is an advantage

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the electronics / manufacturing / construction / logistic industry

• Must have knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials)

• Have Knowledge of drawing related to electrical /mechanical engineering

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP is an advantage)
