Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with Sales Heads, Loans Product Managers, and Marketing Analytics teams to plan and optimize lead generation strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a key liaison between analytics and sales teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and effective execution of lead initiatives.
- Support cross-functional coordination to improve lead flow, prioritization, and deployment across sales channels.
Lead Performance Analysis
- Evaluate lead performance, conversion rates, and funnel trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance lead quality, allocation efficiency, and overall sales productivity.
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic sales leads dashboards to track conversion performance and agent effectiveness.
Sales Performance Management
- Provide regular performance insights and analytical updates to Sales Management to support coaching, performance reviews, and strategic decisions.
- Review, refine, and enhance the sales performance management framework for the ASD team.
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS updates to sales platforms to enable data-driven monitoring and reporting.
- Deliver actionable insights to support performance improvement initiatives, incentive planning, and productivity enhancement.
