. Handle the processing of quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
. Ensure timely delivery for both internal stakeholders and external customers by coordinating with customers, vendors, stakeholders to meet delivery requirements.
. Manage and negotiate delivery schedules to ensure they align with customer expectations.
. Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and movement.
. Update and maintain pricing.
. Organize and maintain a comprehensive documentation filing system.
. Address inquiries from customers and business partners effectively.
. Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
. Proficient in MS Office
. Good time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
. Good team player with the ability to work independently.
