Job Scope:

• Support the optimisation and maintenance of sales and operational playbooks to improve team efficiency
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including order fulfilment and coordination of deliveries for Gut Health Test Kits and probiotics
• Contribute to the development and refinement of internal processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Tech, Logistics) to gather key information and ensure timely execution of projects
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of marketing and operational materials
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks to address business and operational needs as they arise
• Participate in hands-on tasks when required, such as packing kits and preparing orders for dispatch.

Job requirements:

. Demonstrates interest in sales operations, logistics, and/or business processes

. Positive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to take on a wide range of tasks

. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

. Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and complete tasks efficiently

. Willing to be hands-on and adaptable to changing priorities or ad hoc needs

. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to providing suggestions for improvement

Preferably has a keen interest in understanding the commercial dynamics of the healthcare industry
