Your Role

While we encourage you to take ownership of your role and spend time on areas that you find exciting, the following tasks are likely to be a part of your role:

  • Work closely with the CEO to support residential sales performance and strategy in Singapore and Malaysia, running analytics to identify opportunities for improvement across the sales cycle.
  • Monitor sales calls and shadow sales team members in order to make recommendations on sales workflows, strategies, lead assignments, and team optimization.
  • Work with the tech team to drive process improvements in sales automation and the customer journey.
  • Build, run, and maintain dashboards, working with leadership team in Singapore and Malaysia to refine analytics and reporting tools.
  • Explore opportunities to optimize commercial sales and contribute to strategic projects.

Your Credentials

  • Analytical thinker with a knack for identifying insights and improving processes.
  • Some sales experience or strong familiarity with sales operations, modeling, or analytics.
  • Proficient in working with data and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, or BI tools like PowerBI a bonus).
  • Passionate about renewable energy and excited to contribute to a sustainable future.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and genuinely excited by a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.

Contract type and location

You must be able to commit full-time for a minimum of 12 weeks, up to a maximum of 9 months. The role will be based in Singapore with a September 2025 start date.
