Lead sales forecasting, planning, and strategy execution to drive profitability and revenue growth. Collaborate across teams to optimize sales processes and implement initiatives that enhance market share and company performance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes within the sales organization to align with business goals
- Monitor and maintain high quality, accuracy, and consistency in sales planning efforts across teams and stakeholders
- Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions
- Define and design company sales strategies to ensure profitability and sustained revenue growth
- Report sales plans and results to management, providing recommendations for future objectives
- Coordinate and deliver training programs for sales, sales management, and sales support personnel to enhance capabilities
- Provide input to senior leadership on the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs
- Direct and support consistent implementation of company initiatives across the sales organization
- Build peer support and foster strong internal relationships with key management personnel to drive collaboration
- Create and maintain a highly energized selling culture in partnership with departmental stores, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans for assigned groups
- Oversee implementation of Corporate & Brand programs and identify revenue-generating opportunities for all Goldlion boutiques
- Assist in analyzing past sales strategies, identify competitor strengths, and develop strategies to capture available market share
