Our client is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Assistant to support the company's sales and operational activities. Description:
- Support the sales team in daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate and process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and order details.
- Monitor order progress and follow up with customers regarding delivery timelines and updates.
- Prepare sales reports and assist in analysing sales performance data.
- Assist in managing customer enquiries and provide timely support to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related records
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and operational efficiency.
- Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
