We're looking for a Sales Operations Executive to support sales and retail operations activities, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

This is your chance to work closely with the sales and retail teams, supporting store projects and communications.

About the Job

• Coordinate sales operations activities, including sales targets, sales performance reports and analysis, incentives and meetings.
• Manage internal communication systems and platforms, as well as 1-to-many communication and content platforms.
• Act as project leader for new retail project launches and manage store openings, closures, relocations and refurbishments, includingset-up and set-down activities.
• Provide lease administration support, including filing and data tracking, and liaise with landlords on special occasion operating hours.
• Support sales and retail teams on operational matters, including store stationery, uniforms, jewellery requisitions and tracking, travel arrangements, and business licence applications and renewals.
• Provide operations support for framework orders, PO creation, invoice payments, DHL arrangements, inventory management, loss prevention, vendor coordination and third-party e-commerce sites.
• Maintain store process documentation, ensure compliance with policies, drive best practice sharing across stores, and support ad hoc duties as required

About You

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3-5 years of overall professional experience with at least 2 years in a similar sales or retail operations role.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint. SAP/MICROS experience is preferred project management experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in the local language and English is required.
• Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset, good communication and coordination skills, and the ability to work in a timely manner.
