About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating sales activities, managing orders and quotations, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
- Follow up on sales opportunities, renewals, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Order & Process Management
- Handle end-to-end sales order processing (PO, invoicing, delivery coordination)
- Liaise with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Track order status and resolve any delivery or billing issues
Customer & Vendor Liaison
- Act as a point of contact for customers on order status, documentation, and coordination matters
- Work closely with vendors/partners on pricing, availability, and deal registration
- Support onboarding of new customers and vendors
Reporting & Operations
- Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline tracking, and performance updates
- Monitor inventory or licensing usage (where applicable)
- Support internal processes, documentation, and workflow improvements
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and reconciliation
- Work with marketing on campaigns, events, and lead tracking
- Support tender submissions and vendor onboarding processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative roles (IT industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) CRM experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in IT solutions, cybersecurity, or SaaS industry
- Familiarity with quotation, licensing, or vendor management processes
