Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Executive to support our operations unit. The incumbent will serve as the key liaison between our production team and corporate clients, ensuring smooth communication, accurate data handling, and timely completion of jobs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with bank clients to receive, verify, and clarify data files
  • Coordinate approvals with clients before production begins.
  • Track job progress and ensure timely completion according to client requirements.
  • Communicate status updates, exceptions, and resolutions to clients clearly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the production team to align schedules, resolve issues, and maintain service quality.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for client records and internal tracking.
  • Uphold compliance standards, including data security and confidentiality.

Requirements - Essential

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with bank clients.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of data handling and confidentiality requirements.
  • Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Requirements - Preferred

  • Prior experience in sales operations, client servicing, or production coordination

Working Conditions
