Job Summary

The Sales and Operations Executive will drive business growth by managing customer enquiries, coordinating installation and service schedules, supporting sales activities, and maintaining high customer satisfaction across Singapore and Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customer enquiries via phone, email, and social platforms to provide timely and accurate information
• Follow up on order-related matters to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate daily product installation and service jobs for technicians to meet customer requirements
• Plan efficient daily travel routes for installers to optimize service delivery
• Prepare sales and operational reports, track orders, and update customer records in CRM systems to support sales activities
• Advise customers on trade-in issues and provide assistance to resolve concerns
• Promptly follow up on sales leads to maximize business opportunities
• Participate in roadshows and exhibitions to promote products and engage potential customers
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsive and professional communication
• Handle customer complaints, delivery, repair, and service issues efficiently to uphold service quality
• Maintain accurate documentation for orders, distribution, and operational processes to ensure compliance
• Generate operational and sales reports as required by management to support decision-making
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and internal controls for operational integrity

Required competencies and certifications

• Post Secondary / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, operations, and customer service
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
