Fridays to Tuesdays — Weekdays 10am–7pm, Weekends 8:30am–6:30pm
Salary:
$3,200–$3,600/month

What You'll Do
As a
Sales Operations Executive, you'll be the go-to guide for families exploring our programs. You'll lead sales conversations, ensure a top-tier customer experience, and support daily center operations.
- Sales & Parent Engagement: Consult with new families, recommend programs, and drive enrollments
- Customer Relationships: Build trust, manage ongoing communications, and upsell classes, camps, and workshops
- Center Operations: Ensure classrooms are ready, prep materials, track inventory, and capture media (photos/videos)
- Admin & Data: Manage attendance, class scheduling, and CRM/spreadsheet data. Assist with basic reporting
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year working with children
- 1+ year in customer service or sales
- Great communicator with a warm, confident presence
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Able to work weekends and flexible weekdays
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, and CRM systems
- Bonus: Background in education or enrichment programs
