Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Marketing
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive marketing professional to drive our brand and operational strategy. You will support wide-ranging activities, including corporate communications, content creation, and wholesale marketing.
Responsibilities
Manage and update corporate marketing materials, including company profiles, presentations, and branding assets to ensure consistent brand identity.
Develop and edit compelling marketing copy for corporate communications, project highlights, and presentation decks.
Maintain the central library of project showcases, product photography, and marketing collateral.
Create diverse promotional content, including product catalogues, flyers, and digital campaign materials.
Execute wholesale marketing activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Manage online product listings, ensuring high accuracy in descriptions, pricing, imagery, and stock availability.
Prepare periodic marketing reports, campaign updates, and sales support records.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure marketing objectives are met.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, product marketing, or wholesale marketing.
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in marketing and content creation may also be considered.
Experience in wholesale, horticulture, landscaping, lifestyle products or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Able to work independently and coordinate with different departments.
