Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and support sales representatives with sales issues.
Support all sales activities, including preparation, documentation, shipping and invoicing.
Issue sales invoices, perform data entry, and file documents.
Liaise with warehouse regarding packing instructions and shipment collection by forwarders.
Build & maintain good relationships with new and existing clients while providing quality after-sales service.
Prepare and submit quotations to clients, and follow up on their status.
Perform administrative roles as required for day-to-day operations.
