Job Title: Sales Operations Coordinator (Data & Reporting)
Job Scope:
- Update and monitor stock levels, coordinate orders with suppliers
- Track delivery schedules to avoid stock shortages
- Prepare sales reports and data analysis (Excel)
- Support processing of claims and documents
- Assist in promotion planning and update sales team on latest info
- Keep track of sales performance and customer data Requirements:
- O Level / A Level / Diploma
- Preferably with some similar experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Organized, responsible, and able to handle multiple tasks
- Good communication skills and strong teamwork spirit
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:45 AM - 5:30 PM
- 5-day work week (Weekends Off)
