Support sales activities including proposal preparation, costing, quotations, and tender submissions
Assist in managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships

Support internal audits, inspections, and documentation
Reinforce SOPs, hygiene standards, and workplace safety practices
Assist in manpower planning, rostering, and deployment
Support staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring
Promote teamwork, discipline, and service excellence culture
Prepare operational and sales reports for management review
Maintain accurate records for contracts, client correspondence, and SOP documentation
Coordinate across departments to ensure timely follow-up and execution
