Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Support sales activities including proposal preparation, costing, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Assist in managing key customer accounts and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Participate in client meetings, site surveys, tastings, and presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads, renewals, and contract extensions.
- Coordinate internally to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and delivered.
Operations & Service Delivery
- Support planning and execution of catering operations (events, institutional, or contract catering).
- Coordinate with central kitchen, logistics, stewarding, and service teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor service quality, food presentation, and operational standards during events or daily operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and implementing corrective actions.
Food Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements (e.g. SFA, Halal, client audits).
- Support internal audits, inspections, and documentation.
- Reinforce SOPs, hygiene standards, and workplace safety practices.
People & Team Support
- Assist in manpower planning, rostering, and deployment.
- Support staff training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Promote teamwork, discipline, and service excellence culture.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare operational and sales reports for management review.
- Maintain accurate records for contracts, client correspondence, and SOP documentation.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure timely follow-up and execution.
