Job Summary

Drive strategic business development and sales operations by identifying growth opportunities, analyzing sales data, managing CRM systems, and supporting go-to-market strategies to enhance revenue and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to drive growth.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support go-to-market strategies and expansion plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to foster collaboration.
  • Track industry trends and recommend actionable growth initiatives.

Sales Operations & Analytics

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify improvement areas
  • Prepare dashboards, forecasts, and reports for leadership to support data-driven decisions
  • Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM, HubSpot) to enhance sales processes
  • Improve sales workflows and operational efficiency through process analysis and redesign
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programs to align sales goals.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting integrity across sales platforms.
  • Utilize BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to generate insights and support strategic planning.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or analytics
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills demonstrated through business case development and sales data analysis
  • Advanced Excel skills including dashboards, pivot tables, and forecasting models applied to sales analytics
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce CRM to manage customer data and sales pipelines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
