The Opportunity

As a Sales Operations Analyst Deal Desk, you will play a critical role in guiding complex sales transactions through the approval process. Acting as a trusted partner to the sales organization, you will help structure deals that balance customer needs with the Client's business objectives. Your work will accelerate deal closure, reduce sales cycles, and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday contract creation and deal approvals, serving as a key liaison for sales teams.
  • Build and present detailed business cases to stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Credit, Compliance, Order Management, and Sales Operations.
  • Provide regular updates on deal status and performance metrics to sales finance and leadership.
  • Evaluate existing processes, recommend improvements, and contribute to special projects and adhoc analyses.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in deal documentation, reporting, and communication.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 35 years of experience in Deal Desk, Pricing, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Revenue roles within Enterprise Software/SaaS.
  • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Proven success collaborating with crossfunctional teams and internal business units.
  • Ability to explain complex issues clearly. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is needed since the role collaboratively closely with counterparts across GCR.
  • Commercial acumen, analytical strength, and solid project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments, delivering accurate results under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition principles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com, CPQ/quoting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
