Meet the Team

You will join the Splunk Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations (SSPO) team, a high-impact group dedicated to driving operational excellence across the ANZ and Asia theatres. By employing data-driven insights and robust operational frameworks, our team empowers sales leaders and partner account teams to scale effectively, optimize profitability, and deliver superior customer outcomes in a constantly evolving market. We ensure to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Your Impact

As a Key Member Of The SSPO Team, You Will Act As The Operational Engine For The ANZ And Asia Theatres. Your Work Directly Enables Sales Efficiency, Financial Accuracy, And Strategic Growth. You Will

  • Drive Operational Excellence: Handle the end-to-end sales lifecycle by driving core processes-including forecast preparation, deal validation, and attainment tracking-to ensure seamless execution across multiple pods and partner teams.
  • Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Build and maintain advanced forecasting models, pipeline tools, and performance dashboards. You will conduct detailed trend and variance analysis to identify root causes of performance gaps and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Optimize Sales Systems & Processes: Oversee the integrity of our CRM and sales tools, driving automation to improve data hygiene and scalability. You will streamline the quote-to-cash workflow, ensuring our systems support rapid and accurate deal execution.
  • Foster Problem-Solving & Growth: Lead and support high-priority initiatives that optimize operational excellence and readiness, directly influencing business continuity and growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors + 5 years or Masters + 3 years of experience working with multi-functional teams in a highly dynamic environment, preferably in Sales Operations
  • Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel, CRM and Sales tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills across multiple audiences and methods.
  • Shown problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Self-starter able to deliver against tight deadlines.
  • Client-oriented approach.
