We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Operations Manager to oversee both revenue growth and day-to-day operations in the commercial kitchen equipment sector. This role requires strong sales acumen, operational coordination skills, and in-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment
Key Responsibilities :
Report directly to the General Manager on all operational and sales matters.
Driving the growth of the business by overseeing sales and operational activities within the Company.
Identify new business prospects and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets.
Manage key accounts and ensure consistent repeat business.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
Lead and supervise sales & operation teams to minimize errors and delays.
Identify process gaps and implement improvement for efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements :
Familiar with the commercial kitchen equipment industry. Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
Proven leadership experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, planning and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under great pressure.
Flexibility to work at night when required, will be compensated by OT.
Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.
